Testimonials

(we don't mind when people talk about us)

  • “Pool Environments offers incredible design services and the utmost professional, courteous customer service. The quality of construction is stellar, and most of all, our level of trust in Pool Environment's ability to back up their promises couldn't be higher. We have recommended their services to two friends already, and plan on continuing to do so. We'd highly recommend Pool Environments for home owners looking for a unique, high quality pool and backyard design!”

    S. Habgood & M. Sadleck, Dallas

  • “Great experience in a very significant sized pool / spa design and construction. I am glad we did not go with the lowest cost bid, but instead went with the company that is focused on quality and customer satisfaction. We could not be happier with the transformation of our backyard into paradise.”

    S. Schupbach

  • “Simply stated, if you want the best then hire the best. Working with Randy Angell, the designer, and the whole team has been a truly fantastic experience. Prior to contacting them we had searched some of the top pool hardscape and landscape companies in the area and had met with a few of them. We then met with Randy from Pool Environments and it became clear after the first design images were sent over that he is an artistic genius and that this company is head and shoulders above all of the companies in the area. The company as a whole operates like a family and you can see the love and passion they pour into all elements of the renovation from design to finishing. My wife and I are perfectionists and have a very tough time finding that which is exactly right for us. We went through 10 design iterations and Randy and the team never once got frustrated. It has been a true pleasure and, in the end, we have a backyard that belongs in a design catalogue. Kudos to Pool Environments!”

    S. Cohen

  • “Pool Environments designed and built a new pool for us, finishing in early 2013. They did an incredible job from start to finish - great design - great execution. With two very involved owners, they had the patience to get every detail right. I would highly recommend Pool Environments to anyone.”

    R. Perdue, Dallas, TX

  • “We hired Pool Environments to design and build a modern pool and backyard area for us. Randy Angell was our combination sales/lead designer and spent a good deal of time at the beginning of the project listening to our needs. Our backyard isn't flat and required a bit more in the way of design than your average yard. Randy presented us with his initial design within a week of the consultation and we immediately knew we'd chosen the right designer. Randy's 3D model made the design come to life. I won't go into all of the details of the construction phase other than to say that Pool Environments is a well oiled machine. My wife and I are both project managers by day so it is our nature to micro manage. While this wasn't required the crew at Pool Environments dealt with our personality quarks and over-explained everything that was happening along the way. I don't think there was a sub-contractor that had been with them for less than 10 years. The total time from design to completion was approximately three months. I can give them my full recommendation without hesitation or caveat. ...their whole team is first class in every way.”

    B. Jeffery, Dallas, TX

  • “Excellent service!!! Very prompt with initial consultation and plans for pool. After approval, started pool within a week and continued daily until pool was finished. The craftsmanship exhibited by the crews that built the pool was amazing. They really do high quality work. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.”

    A. Pitts, McKinney

Our Mission

It takes a village... Or in this case, every member of the team, here at Pool Environments, to achieve such recognition. We love what we do, we love our clients, and we love the incredible team assembled here at PE!

We target the high-end market. It's more challenging and you really have to stay on your toes, but our thought process is that we can service 60 or 70 clients a year better than we can service 300 or 400. Chris Polito, CBP, President & Sales Director

WE HAVE A PASSION TO BUILD GREAT DESIGNS!

Platinum Service @ poolenvironments.com

The Platinum service program consists of two service visits per year (every 6 months) and is as much a description of the service needs of a pool owner as it is a service program. The physical duties are to clean and lubricate the necessary mechanical items designated by the manufacturer's recommendations. The service is much like changing the oil, checking the brakes, or rotating the tires on your car. On each visit, we will do visual inspections and testing of approximately 70 check points. Many of these items are safety related, as well as wear areas that can cause additional expenses if they are not pre-diagnosed. To insure the highest quality of technical attention during the bi-annual service, we extend a 60 day labor warranty on the 70 point inspection. Please contact us for more details regarding the labor warranty along with additional cost saving benefits provided with this program.
